About the role

PURPOSE:
• To build a retail experience centre into business & revenue model through establishing the B2B channels.
• Role – Develop business model for home improvement and building material industry.
• Develop Project sales & B2B Sales for premium products/services in the construction industry focused in Bangalore,
Chennai, Visakhapatnam & Vijayawada.
• Develop strong relationship networks with HNI customers & professionals like Contractors, Developers/Builders,
Architects, Institutions, and Corporates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• P&L responsibility with a drive to achieve top line and bottom line. Budget planning and execution.
• Develop Business through multiple B2B channels and drive the P&L through exceeding revenue targets.
• Be an aggressive Driver to generate leads and create future order pipelines for the brand.
• Ability to know how to identify key decision makers and influencer and nudge them in the direction of working.
• Ability to know how to negotiate where multiple people are involved in order finalization.
• Understanding on how to specify products with architects.
• To have strength in dealing with price and other objections that would come up. Strong convincing skills.
• Experience in knowing how to collect payments from customers.
• Ability to understand technical features/benefits of products/services that one is selling.
• Developing effective sales strategy for each potential enquiry.
• Experience in selling more premium products and not just a focus on price.
• Lead the team towards business goals and develop career path and succession plans.
• Drive market mapping to analyse competition landscape and develop strategies to create leading edge.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in
retail vertical.
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in
line with strategies, and lead for closure.
